Service Description
A quick and fun 30-minute session ideal for capturing special moments without the full commitment. Perfect for seasonal portraits or when you want a few great shots fast. 📍 Location: North Lake Park, 500 W Lakeview Dr, Lehi, UT (default unless otherwise mutually agreed upon) 👗 One outfit, no changes 🕒 Session time: 30 minutes 💰 Deposit: $30 (non-refundable) due at booking 🖼️ 15 fully edited images delivered within 5–7 business days After booking, you’ll receive two important emails to guide you through the process: - Booking Confirmation — your session details and receipt - Contract & Questionnaire Email — a link to download and sign your contract & a quick form to help me prepare and personalize your session. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!) so you don’t miss any of these.
Cancellation Policy
📋 Wild Bear Graphics Booking Policy 📅 Booking & Payment - A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your session date and time. - No session is considered booked until payment is received. - The remaining balance is due after the session, prior to receiving final images. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. - If notice is given with enough time, your deposit may be transferred to a new date. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit. - No-shows forfeit the session and deposit. 🖼️ Image Rights & Usage - Edited images are delivered for personal or commercial use depending on the terms agreed upon at booking. - Clients may use images for personal sharing, printing, or promotion, but may not resell or heavily alter the images without written permission. - Wild Bear Graphics retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed.
