At Wild Bear Graphics, we want you to love what you order. We take pride in delivering high-quality designs, custom work, and printed merchandise. If something’s not right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns for Graphic Tees & Merchandise

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Please note:
Items must be returned with tags (if applicable) and in resellable condition.
Custom-printed or clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Custom Logo Design & Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital design work:

Custom logos, graphics, or branding packages are non-refundable.

If you're unhappy with your final design, I offer up to 2 revisions as part of the service to ensure you’re satisfied with the result.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur an extra fee.
Photography Services

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a partial refund, minus a booking fee.

No-shows or day-of cancellations are non-refundable.
If weather or emergency circumstances affect the session, we’ll happily reschedule at no extra cost.
