Returns for Graphic Tees & Merchandise

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Please note:
Items must be returned with tags (if applicable) and in resellable condition.
Custom-printed or clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Custom Logo Design & Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital design work:

• Custom logos, graphics, or branding packages are non-refundable.

• If you're unhappy with your final design, I offer up to 2 revisions as part of the service to ensure you’re satisfied with the result.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur an extra fee.

Photography Services

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a partial refund, minus a booking fee.

• No-shows or day-of cancellations are non-refundable.

If weather or emergency circumstances affect the session, we’ll happily reschedule at no extra cost.
