• Custom logo design

• Photography services

• Graphic merchandise (such as t-shirts), fulfilled by Printful

2. Products & Services

Graphic Tees & Merchandise:

• All apparel is printed and shipped via Printful.

• Colors and print placement may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes.

• All sales are subject to availability.

Custom Logo Design:

• Logos are created based on client collaboration and include a set number of revisions (specified at time of booking).

• Final files are delivered in standard formats (PNG, SVG, JPG, etc.).

• Design ownership is transferred to the client upon final payment unless otherwise stated.

Photography:

• Booking requires a deposit or full payment.

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule.

• Images delivered are for personal or commercial use depending on the agreed terms.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Sales tax is calculated based on shipping location.

• Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original condition.

• Custom logo designs and photography services are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed after inspection or agreement.

• All content on this site, including graphics, logos, photos, and text, is the property of Wild Bear Graphics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

• Custom logo clients receive full commercial rights to their approved and paid-for design.

• Shipping delays or errors by third-party services (such as Printful or USPS)

• Site interruptions or technical issues

• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of content or materials
